THE PATHWAY
Each programme builds on the last, not because you cannot attend just one, but because the Trinity is a living system and the sequence is important. Women who complete all four describe it as the most significant journey of their lives. Women who attend just one describe it as the beginning of something they did'nt know they were looking for.
Funded, subsidised and scholarship places are available on every programme.
No woman is turned away for financial reasons alone.

PROGRAMME 01
When The Mind Won't Rest
For the woman with the noisy mind, the looping thoughts, the over thinking, and the what if's that distract her from being present for her life.
Maybe you've tried the tools, the meditation apps, the breathing techniques, the advice to think more positively. And they help, for a while, but the mind keeps returning to the same patterns, the same loops, the 2am waking and the same sense that something beneath the surface hasn't been addressed.
When The Mind Won't Rest is the entry point to the Born For This journey. Over six weeks of evening sessions, together we explore why the mind stays busy, why anxiety returns and what creates the foundation for lasting calm, presence and peace.
This programme is also the companion to Katie Young's book of the same name — publishing September 2026.

The Trinity Programme
For the woman ready to experience Earth, Body and Soul as a complete living system.
This is where women move beyond understanding the Trinity and begin to experience it directly in their own lives. This is the foundation journey, the heart of everything Born For This exists to offer. Where Programme One introduces the grounding and preparation, The Trinity Programme takes you into the full living system — Earth, Body and Soul experienced not as concepts but as a complete, immersive, transformational encounter with who you truly are.
Delivered over six days or three weekends, this programme creates the conditions for something that is difficult to describe in advance and impossible to forget once experienced. Women leave it differently than they arrived — not because they have been changed from the outside, but because they have remembered something from the inside.

The Love Frequency Programme
For the woman who senses there is more to life than she has been taught.
The Love Frequency Programme explores what it means to live as love in human form. Not just as an idea, belief or spiritual concept, but as a lived experience that influences how we relate to ourselves, to others and to the world around us.
As the noise of a busy life quietens, different questions begin to emerge. Why am I here? What am I here to contribute? How do I live in a way that reflects what matters most?
This is a programme for women ready to explore those questions and discover where they lead.

PROGRAMME 04
The Practitioner Programme
For those wanting to become a qualified Therapist and those called to carry the Born For This Trinity Energy Healing methodology into their existing practice.
This is a full professional qualification in Born For This Energy Healing — a nine month IPHM accredited diploma in the unique Born For This Trinity methodology. It is for practitioners ready to expand their offering and for those embarking on an entirely new career path in holistic and energetic healing.
The Practitioner Programme is available to women who have completed the first three programmes. For those who have completed all three, free and subsidised places are available — in recognition of the commitment already made to this work and in line with our CIC mission to make this training as accessible as possible.
Graduates qualify as Born For This Energy Healers, trained in the Trinity method and internationally recognised through IPHM accreditation.

FOR THERAPISTS AND PRACTITIONERS
A Pathway That Enhances Everything You Already Do
Born For This programmes are open to therapists and practitioners who wish to deepen their own practice, enhance their personal wellbeing and add internationally accredited skills to their professional offering.
IPHM Accreditation
The Practitioner
Qualification
Therapists who complete all three programmes have the option to progress to Programme Four — the full nine month diploma — and qualify as a Born For This Energy Healer in the Trinity method. A complete professional qualification built on the foundation of lived experience.
COMMUNITY ACCESS
No woman is turned away for financial reasons alone.
Funded, subsidised and scholarship places are available on every Born For This programme. This is not a gesture — it is the structural commitment at the heart of our CIC model. Every woman who joins a paid programme helps create a place for a woman who cannot afford one.
Women referred through our charity partner Stronger Together Through Cancer receive fully funded places at no cost.
