How we came to work together...

We met each other over 25 years ago, when I (Katie) went to Elisabeth for reflexology. We connected pretty much instantly and we agreed to meet once a week to exchange reflexology treatments. We very quickly realised that we had been bought together to work together and share something truly extraordinary with the world.

After that first meeting we have become the closest of colleagues and friends, experiencing a depth of life learning together which is quite extraordinary, we have a fascinating story that has led to a wealth of shared knowledge, that we get the privilege of sharing with the world.

The qualifications bit...

We are both fully qualified multi-disciplined therapists of nearly 3 decades each and between us we hold a comprehensive range of qualifications in the area of holistic health and wellbeing (see below). We've been teaching accredited therapy courses and hosting workshops and retreats for 20 years. Having set up and run our own therapy clinic and held positions on the boards of professional therapy organisations, we have a solid personal and professional background to support you, and with Katie's published work, 'Don't Wait For The World To Get Better', we have insights that are recognised and shared with a wider audience.

In 2024 our programs gained worldwide accreditation with the IPHM - The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine

Katie's qualifications include: Nutritional Consultant, Royal Institute of Public Health and Hygiene Certificate in Nutrition and Health (Honours), Diploma in Iridology (Distinction), Kinesiology, Diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology and Pathology, Reflexology, Reiki, Spiritual Healing, Energy Healing, Flower Essence Therapy, and many natural Food and Nature based trainings.
Certified Transformational Breath Work Instructor, including: Trauma Informed Practices, Interoception, Self-Regulation, Emotional Fluidity, Environmental Design, Functional & Transformational Breathwork, NLP for Facilitators, Somatic & Coaching Techniques.

Elisabeth's qualifications include: Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candles, Past Life Regression, Spiritual Healing, Energy Healing and Reiki. (Karate 2nd Dan Black Belt).
