Ibiza Retreat - June 2024  

 

Ibiza... definitely not just about the amazing dance scene! It is the 3rd most magnetic place in the world, it is home to Es Vedra (see image above) the holy island and birthplace of Tanit, Ibizas most revered goddess.  The imposing Es Vedra towers 400m above sea level and its special energy will stay in your heart forever. Ibiza is situated on several leylines and is renowned for its spiritual energy. Ibizas soil has extremely high levels of pure quartz crystal that also contribute to its spiritual super powers. It is an island known for rebirth and transformation and many seek it out for its spiritual energy. Ibiza has many special spiritual sights like the crystal caves, the sacred bay of Atlantis, and Ibizas Stonehenge.  It is home to multiple UNESCO World Heritage sites, including Ibiza Old Town. It has a number of fabulous Traditional and Hippie Markets.  Ibiza has no age limit or judgment, it is a Paradise island that welcomes young and old with open arms.

The Retreat details:

This retreat contains experiences and information that will reignite the fun of being alive, reawaken the carefree excitable part of you that may have been a bit down trodden over these past few years.  This retreat will light up the connection with your Soul and the Universe, which is the absolute key to your freedom, on every level... 4 Days and Nights of Pure Joy, Fun, Soul connection and rewriting your life as the adventure it was always meant to be. 

 

Sunday - Arrival day :)

As you step off the plane into the incredible vibe and energy that is Ibiza, we will be waiting to collect you and whisk you away to where your adventure begins.  As you step into your home for the next few days there will be a warm welcome (not just the beautiful climate) and a glass of something cooling.

 

Arrival day is all about decompressing from any and all of your responsibilities and settling you into the lovely surroundings, with some time to relax in the gardens and by the pool, and enjoy some some delicious food. You then get to take a deep breath with a meditation and reflection time to connect to the earth, the universe and your soul.  This will help you relax and release, so you can be beautifully present to fully enjoy the gorgeous energy and adventures that lay ahead.  On arrival day you will receive a very special and significant goody bag that will become part of your adventure, and contains things that will enable you to continue to tune into the beautiful feelings, experiences and learnings  from your time in Ibiza, long after it is over (all will be revealed when we see you).. There will also be a relaxed and informal talk given by us both to open your heart and set you up to feel empowered to step into the freedom and adventure this retreat offers you. Following this there will be an alfresco dinner and drinks, and time to enjoy a famous Ibiza summer sunset to end to the day. 

 

Monday - A day you will never forget

This is a day you will not forget for the rest of your life!  This is the day that Ibiza looks you in the eyes and says "Its time to remember what it feels like to grab life with both hands, and squeeze every once of fun and adventure out of it"!  Which is the ethos of our Non Retreat Retreats. In the morning we take a trip to Ibizas Old Town Dalt Vila, meaning high city. Perched on a small mountain next to the sea it is a melting pot of history, old buildings and its main square is full of restaurants, shops and wonderful secrets.  We will spend time exploring the beautiful cobbled streets and enjoy a 'watch the world go by lunch'.  After lunch we will return home to relax, read, sleep, chill or chat... you can retire to your room, lay on blanket staring at the blue sky, or float in the pool... this time is yours, no responsibilities.  After your chill time it is time for an at home alfresco dinner, before we take you to experience the night of your life! Yes, its time to embrace fun and freedom in a way only Ibiza can offer... no judgements, no age limit no cares! We are off to see David Guetta Live at his open air concert, a time to get lost in a world that only music can take you to. The outside venue can be a space to watch and soak up the high vibe energy, dance in the spaces away from the main stage or go full in with the main stage crowd... you will have the time of your life! We can't explain how much we love this event, when you've experienced it you'll totally get it!  After David Guetta we relax at a rooftop terrace, high above the glowing lights of ibiza... as free spirits.  Then its home time, back to the villa.  What a day!!!

 

Tuesday - Face to face with mystic and magic

Morning is a relaxed start, breakfast served in the garden, no time pressure. Breakfast is followed by a mini workshop with the theme of harnassing your spiritual amd personal power by remembering  : How to rise above the influences of the outside world. Remembering your reason for being here, and Knowing that you came fully equipped for this life experience (and how to access that knowledge)... because, YES, you were Born ForThis!  The workshop leads you into a gorgeous meditation to smooth out your life timeline so far, which is designed to support your life experience after this retreat being a  happy and expansive one.  Then we will have time in the gardens and pool with an alfresco lunch. Our afternoon will be a perfect complement to our morning of meditation. We are off to the 3rd most magnetic place in the world... the mystical and magical rock towering 400m above sea level, Es Vedra.   As you see it majestically rising from the sea you feel a sense of awe and wonder as it transmits its magic, opening your heart and filling you with joy. It has a deeply spiritual energy, reflecting back at you your own majestic power.  We spend some time here sitting, wandering and just basking in its presence.  This memorable and moving experience is then followed by yet another experience that will stay with you long after you return home... a stunning sunset dinner at the beach.  A warm summers evening, fresh Spanish food, tranquil blue sea, great company and a spectacular sunset.  A more than perfect end to a perfect day.

 

Wednesday - Lets just not think about it being the last full day

Wednesday starts at a slow pace with an alfresco breakfast and time in the gardens and by the pool. Breakfast is follwed by a mini workshop that is purposfully left for the last day. The theme of this workshop is to use particular tools and techniques to anchor in the fun, joy, laughter and deep connections expereinced at this retreat so they become your foundation to live from when you return home. We have all been exposed to stress and difficult life circumstances, over the past few years in particular, but these do not have to get stuck as your new reality. Our main goal for this whole retreat, reinforced by this particular workshop, is to once again anchor in happiness, fun, laughter, and deep meaning as the normal in you, and in your life, all while expressing and experiencing yourself from a place of certainty and confidence, as the unique you... because you now know how and why you were absolutely Born For This! While you relax after your Wednesday workshop, lunch will be prepared and then enjoyed alfresco. Following lunch we will then experience a beautiful sound bath, such a rare opportunity to combine the healing power of sound with the incredible spiritual energy of Ibiza... a stunning and unique combination, that certainly isn't an everyday opportunity (unless you live in Ibiza... now there's thought). This then leads us into our last dinner together, and we save this one as a surprise, as it is based on somewhere that reflects what you have loved most about your time with us. 

Thursday - Reflection and Connection

You have time to get ready for your flight home, we chat over food and drinks about the  life changing experience that only we will understand. The laughs, the fun, the freedom, the time we got lost in that world that only music can take us to, the deep connection with each other, with nature and some of the wonders of the natural world, and what its been like being at one with one of the most magical, spiritual, fun and uplifting places on the planet.  We will then personally chauffeur you to the airport where we say our goodbyes... knowing this is just the beginning.
