You are going to get access to the building blocks you need to build the most solid foundation to place your life on.  You will finish this course knowing a whole new side of yourself, your place in the world and the universe, and how you already have they keys within you to unlock the life they desire

This is a one day course, and the whole day is open to all, Reiki 1 is all about self care, self development, and understanding spirit, the universe and how to harness Reiki/Universal Life force for personal healing/self treatment's and for sharing with friends and family.

• ​The history of Reiki and Energy as a Self Development/Care tool

• Common short and long term effects and benefits of learning and using Reiki/Universal Life Force Energy

• Cleansing and protecting your energy field/aura

• Energy and Nature 

• The energy aspect of food and nutrition and how it impacts your health and wellbeing, and how it communicates with you

• Daily precepts (sacred words for staying present and peaceful),

• Attunements (personal attunements connecting you more deeply to yourself and Universal Life Force Energy)

• Distant Reiki Healing, Intention and Prayer and how they work

• Experience Reiki/Energy in real time

• Working with family and friends, hand positions when performing Reiki, both sitting and laying down

• How to connect to your energy, sensing others energy and what others might feel

• The importance of reflection time, meditation and stillness

• You will be guided through a self care routine to use everyday to enhance your connection and guidance to yourself, spirit, and the universe. enabling you to live a life of more ease

 

You will also have fun with relaxed practical experiences, make wonderful connections with likeminded people, wake up/strengthen your intuition, and there will always be time for Q & A’s during the day.
